Centres at each village where school and college students can have access to information regarding higher and professional education and job opportunities; villagers have access to information regarding agriculture, agricultural products, trade; retired professionals can mentor students and villagers in the use of computers and internet; neighbouring villages can network with each other regarding village artefacts, treasures, antiquities and other unique resources of villages
